Alliance Executive Jets is our licensed AOC, approved by the Maltese Aviation Authority. It offers aircraft owners the ability to import their aircraft at the most tax-efficient rate, granting freedom of movement to and from EASA. With a strong legislative framework and extensive network of favourable tax treaties, we ensure a seamless operation.
As an AOC and approved CAMO organization we have continued our growth trajectory with an ongoing expansion of our fleet and personnel, providing charter and flight support. We presently employ over 55 staff and we own or manage in combination a wide variety of jets as a Global 6000, Gulfstream G650, Challenger 605’s, Pilatus PC24 and PC-12’s, establishing us as a recognised aircraft operator
We have also commenced EASA PART NCC management, reaffirming our commitment to aviation regulatory excellence and are also developing PART 145 for comprehensive line maintenance within our hangar facilities. Alliance Aviation Group has recently launched its Dublin FBO under Alliance Flight Support Dublin, demonstrating our expanding global presence. Together with our Alliance Aviation KSA division with a dispatch centre in Jeddah – we are strategically positioned in both Ireland and the Middle East.
Our Charter Sales team generate significant charter sales and offer a wide range of charter opportunities. We can help promote your aircraft to direct clients, select brokers, and operators in the charter market.
Bolstered by an experienced Irish team, dedicated to advancing aircraft leasing, finance and asset management expertise. we provide expert aircraft sales consulting services to help you choose the right aircraft for your needs and budget. Our team can assist you with all aspects of new aircraft acquisitions, including negotiation with OEMs or brokers, contract support, and legal structure advice. We also offer technical follow-up on the completion process, including test flights and pre-buying Inspection, to ensure your aircraft meets your expectations. Our services also cover acceptance and delivery services such as registration and operation set-up in the most tax-efficient jurisdiction
Our journey began in Shannon Airport back in 2009 and has seen us expand its FBO’s services to include a VIP airside passenger lounge with approval for US Preclearance which in turn led to our acquisition of the FBO US Alliance – making us the designated US Military/Government ground handler and a subsequently a fully licensed ground-handling agent. This underlined our prowess and presence in the industry, and would ultimately evolve into the thriving entity known today as Alliance Aviation Group, and underscores our unwavering commitment to excellence and growth in the aviation sector.
